Freddy Hajas Great EP! My fave track is Break Myself, really cool! Poison Kiss with Kurt of Information Society it's also great! Recommend this to any Synthpop fan outhere! Favorite track: Break Myself.
Raven

Raven Dissonance has gone another direction with this EP. While two years ago Void favored darker and slower songs, Ascent provides fun, dancable tracks. Both Void and Ascent are wonderful in their own way. The influence of great 80's bands is strong on this EP.

Cat Hall provides great vocals as always on Ascent. Her unique angelic voices brings so much emotion into all the songs. Cat Hall has quickly become one my favorite vocalist.

I suggest purchasing this EP. Get ready to dance. Favorite track: Poison Kiss.

PhilintheSpaces New music from Cat Hall / Dissonance.

It will make you wanna move. I cannot listen without groovin’ some body part. This is very crisp dance sound. I love to be able to sing along with something I want to dance to. The vocal hooks will reel you in. Very easy to disappear into this album (EP). Cat really lives up to her reputation with me. Always quality. Always progressive with a big hint of nostalgia mixed really well with originality. The influences of Information Society and Go Fight are present (due to their contributions to the work) but they do not overtake Cat’s work but only accent her vocal prowess and creative electronic work. This is the next album you’ll be singing at the top of your lungs driving down Main Street while the drivers around you avoid you because they don’t know how to have that much fun by themselves. Favorite track: Murder of Love.
Ilker Yücel
Ilker Yücel thumbnail
Ilker Yücel An amalgam of all that has come before and a hint of what is yet to come, the latest EP from Dissonance is a long-awaited jewel of modern melodic electro/industrial. Cat Hall's voice sounds better than ever as she weaves intricate layers of vocal harmonies as poignant and as piercing as the varying levels of electronics and beats. Rhythmic and thrusting, soothing yet pensive, abrasive and inviting all at the same time, it's been well worth the wait! Favorite track: Taste.

Break Myself 03:51
how many times must you and i revisit this how many ways do i try, but cannot dismiss you break yourself and i pick up the pieces tearing yourself apart, division never ceases i want to break myself on you and could you ever think how it feels to be and could you ever know what it means to me and when you're breaking apart, it appeals to me because the feeling is real you close yourself and you lock it all away from me but i know that it exists, and it must be set free i see you bleed and i pour myself all over you to stem the flow of what i know must not be true i want to break myself on you and could you ever think how it feels to be and could you ever know what it means to me and when you're breaking apart, it appeals to me because the feeling is real i want to break myself on you

tearing rhythm in my soul without your love i am unwhole i'm torn apart, i am undone i'm in your heart, my holy one i reach to touch, you coil to strike my enemy and love, alike the slicing pain, the wounds that bleed return again so i can feed on you stay clear never come near out of your sphere keep your toxin out of here but i want the kiss the poison kiss i want the pain that poison bliss pleasure and pain, a lover's game i wait for you to call my name so you can bite and strike at me in my poison cage where i long to be seductive game, so sweet and cruel destroying me, corroding you a darkening path into the abyss guided by our toxic kiss

i- i've been a victim of your love, like many before so many before you- you strangled me with all your charms i yearn for more i'm yearning for more i'm charging you with murder plead for mercy you- you've been convicted by a kiss you share too much you share too much i- i was a witness of your crime now i'm the judge i am the judge i'm charging you with murder plead for mercy i'm charging you with murder the fire of love's dying down but in the face of the verdict, i'm feeling all jealousy drown plead for mercy

Taste 03:03
i can taste your voice in my mouth the very sound becomes my breath i'm compelled to listen to you dissonance, resonance i can taste your voice in my mouth like a drug inside my veins i can feel your hands upon me i can have no self-restraint tears me down and leaves me bleeding but you know that i enjoy the feeling addicted to the very sound i taste your voice inside my mouth i taste your voice i want some more i can taste your voice in my mouth feel it flow upon my skin i can see your lips are moving and i want your taste again tears me down and leaves me bleeding but you know that i enjoy the feeling addicted to the very sound i taste your voice inside my mouth i taste your voice
